Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if products are in original, unused condition with all accessories, original packaging, and invoice.
Process: To return or exchange a product, contact our support team at 7013602866 or hello@leelakrishnamobiles.com with your order details and reason for return. Upon approval, ship the item back to our return address mentioned above.
Refunds: After inspection and verification, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different product, the same process applies. Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items: Earphones, chargers, protective accessories, SIM cards, or products damaged due to misuse/physical damage are not eligible for return/exchange.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 7013602866 for immediate resolution. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
